Support Groups

Support groups were the very first thing MTUG ever did. People meeting in coffee shops in 2013, just to have a room where they didn't have to explain themselves. That hasn't changed.

Today, we run 9 peer-led groups across the St. Louis region, both in person and online. No therapist, no curriculum. Just community members showing up for each other. You don't need to prepare anything. Just be yourself.
