Our Story
MTUG was founded after PrideFest 2013, when three community members recognized the need for a larger trans presence in St. Louis. What started as peer support groups in coffee shops has grown into a full-service community center.
Today, we provide direct services, mutual aid, and community building. Everything we do is rooted in love, solidarity, and the belief that everyone deserves to thrive.
