FACES publishes a range of work. Here's what we accept.
Journalistic Pieces
1,000 – 2,000 words
Interviews, profiles, community stories, and feature articles.
Personal Essays
Under 1,000 words
First-person reflections, coming out stories, letters, and memoir-style writing.
Creative Work
1 – 2 pages (8” × 10.5” or smaller)
Poetry, short fiction, illustrations, photography, and other original artwork.

Our editors work with you through Google Docs to shape your piece.
